Lucky Wear Distribution Direct Shipment Freight Policy

Lucky Wear Distribution offers free freight/delivery on all orders shipping within the Continental US only, with a minimum value of $200.00 coming from a Lucky Wear Distribution facility.

Ordering Procedures

When placing an order, help us help you by giving us:

  • Company Name (Confirm your address and phone number)
  • Account Number
  • Style Number
  • Description
  • Size: for each color, tell us how many in each size.
  • Quantity: please order in pieces or dozens.

If you are placing an order online, over the phone, text, or email, you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use. Some of the items online may not be in stock. If the item is not in stock you will be credited to your original payment method. 

Payment Methods

Lucky Wear Distribution offers its customers the following payment options.

C.O.D. – Cash (pickup only) Money Order, Certified Check, or Cashiers' Check C.O.D. – ACH Payments are accepted using bank account and routing number. There is a fee associated with this method of payment.NET TERMS May be granted with exceptional sales histories and excellent credit references. Finance charges will be added to all past due accounts. Any account with no activity in any calendar year will AUTOMATICALLY be placed back on C.O.D. That account must re-apply for NET TERMS. This site provides a downloadable Check / Credit Application. *CREDIT CARDS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. 

* NOTE: Lucky Wear Distribution offers a 3.5% discount off of current list price when you pay by cash, check or approved NET terms. This discount is not available on any other payment method. All website pricing shown reflects the cash discount price.

Sales Tax

Lucky Wear Distribution is required the buyer to pay the sale tax.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Lucky-Wear Distributing assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability whatsoever if price change notices are not received. In the event of new federal or state taxes or legislation affecting the costs of products or items, Lucky-Wear Distributing reserves the right to increase prices as it deems appropriate or necessary. Merchandise is subject to change or withdrawal, or may be temporarily or permanently out of stock. We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to obtain supplies.

Returned Checks/ACH Payments

A $35.00 charge will be added to your account for checks / ACH payments returned for any reason. 

Minimums

Lucky Wear Distribution has NO MINIMUM order requirements.

Shipping

All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse by UPS or UPS Surepost.  Lucky Wear Distribution will not be liable for any carrier/weather delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.

For all orders being shipped out of our facilities, the cutoff time is 3:30 PM CT. Any orders placed after 3:30 PM CT, will be processed and shipped the next business day. 

Customer Pickup

Beginning 01/01/2020:

Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (local time).

Please allow a minimum of three (3) hours for your order to be processed and ready for pickup. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is ready to be picked up. Orders must be picked up within five business days. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation and a re-stocking fee of $50.00 or 15% of the order value (whichever is greater).

Returns/ Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have five (5) days to request a return authorization. We will NOT accept returns on non-stocked samples sent direct from the mills. We do not accept goods from other distributers, wholesalers, stores, etc. Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on discontinued or close-out goods. All garments must be inspected before embellishing. There will be no returns on embellished or washed garments.  Cancelled orders, unclaimed shipments, or returns/exchanges of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges. There is also a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges for any item that wants to be exchanged. Colors online could be up to 10%-15% off if not more. If the colors are off and you would like to return or exchange the item, then the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase. 


All accepted returns in which a Return Authorization Number is issued; it is the customer’s responsibility to return goods to the Lucky Wear Distribution facility indicated accompanying RA. Failure to do so may lead to a delay in the processing of your return in addition to added customer expense.

UPON RETURN OF GOODS, Lucky Wear Distribution WILL ISSUE AN ACCOUNT CREDIT TO BE USED ON FUTURE ORDERS AS WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH/CHECK OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.

Backorders

Backorders/Reservations/Holds of certain items can not be placed. Products will be sold on a first come first serve basis. 

Changes and Add-Ons to Orders

In our commitment to providing our customers with high quality service, orders are immediately processed and loaded onto trucks for shipping. Unfortunately, no order changes or add-ons can be made once the order is entered. Please be sure your orders are finalized when they are placed.

Claims

Claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within five (5) days from receipt of goods. NOTE: It is YOU the customers responsibility to verify accuracy by quantity, style, color, & size prior to embellishment or alteration. Lucky-Wear Distributing will not accept any claims once goods have been altered in any way and will not accept any claims after five (5) days from receipt of goods.


Lucky-Wear Distributing reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone.
